The surgery is open from 8:30 Am to 05.00 Pm , Monday to Friday and the phones are attended from 8:30 Am.
We do not open on Saturdays or Public Holidays.
Appointments can be booked online from our website if that is convenient for you .
We have three incoming lines and two reception staff working during the busiest times. Your patience is appreciated if we cannot attend to your enquiry immediately.
To make an appointment
Please phone or call in, and indicate whether the matter is urgent. .Our staff will ensure that your appointment be booked at your preferred time and doctor where possible. Standard appointments are 15min and longer appointments are available with most doctors on request. If you may have a couple of issues please request a longer appointment.
You may need a long appointment if you are coming for a full checkup, pap smear, Insurance medicals, full skin examination or counselling.

We know your time is valuable and we do our best to keep our doctors running on time. If we are running late we will advise you on arrival. We appreciate a call if you have been held up .
We encourage all patient to self identify at the reception when they arrive.
TELEPHONE CALLS: Doctors are available to take telephone calls relating to you or your family’s health, if the nurse is unable to answer your query. If the Doctor is consulting at the time , your call will be returned as soon as possible.
HOME VISITS: Home visits are available for our regular patients who live within 2 kms of practice. At request, the patient will be triaged and will only be seen by the doctor if it is safe to do so.

New patients will require a double booking, and patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to complete the patient information details
We can arrange telephone Interpreter Services if required.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can allocate this time to someone else.
We have a range of doctors to suit different people and different problems. We utilize our in-house expertise to get you the best results but ,of course, we refer to specialist colleagues where indicated.
We leave spaces available every day for dealing with acute problems – these appointments are usually filled by 09.30 am. However if you – or your child – have an acute problem we will always endeavor to fit you in.
Procedures usually require a consultation with a doctor and a subsequent booking for the procedure itself.

Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you a reminder letter from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please inform our reception staff.
Emergencies take priority and are dealt with promptly. We also do our best to deal with minor (walk in) trauma – such as cuts – without having to refer you to a public hospital.
